Description
TIF funds used in association with the assistance of rehabilitation of the former Columbus Hospital building into a first floor occupied non-profit organization operation of a Columbus Family Resource Center. The 2nd and 3rd floors will be transformed into 34 apartments for low income seniors. The City did not have to provide any additional infrastructure for this project.
